Ugh on the headache Judy!

Here's the link to the candle place:  www.fragrantjewels.com  I'm sure we'll just get the cheap-o rings, but it will be fun finding them.  They each have a number, and you go to the website and type in your number to get the appraised value.  And the candles themselves got rave reviews.  At least we'll all smell really good!  LOL!

Wearing my new robe right now and it is heavenly.  So soft and warm and comfy.  Only I had to take a large safety pin and close off some of the DEEP vee neck!  LOL!  I'll have to figure out a solution for that little problem.  I'm afraid I'll fall out of it otherwise.

Nighty-night!

Hi Connie and my OFF family:

Damn site won't change my type; I'll have to do it after I'm finished. Tried three times and didn't work.

Anyway, getting on here late. It's my weekend and I have done not a whole lot. My foot doc and physical therapist would be pleased. I did strip the bed and put on the flannel sheets in preparation for the cold temps. Yes, we are getting down to 29 degrees. We had a little rain, no snow, thankfully. Too far south, I guess. It was 60 in the morning when I got up but when I went out to get the mail, it was quite chilly.

My new comforter came today so I'm going to put that on the bed. Bought it from Wayfair online ... it was $58 and it looks nice from what I can see from the outside. My old one was kinda ripped up in a couple of places. And Juliette is having fun in the box. So it's a two in one ... a cat toy or cat cave as well as a comforter.

Watched "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" ... was amazed at how closely it followed the book for the most part (I had seen it before ... this was the extended version). It was great on the big screen TV.

Vickie, your robe sounds wonderful, although I would not do pink for myself ... not a pink person. I prefer reds. Everyone has their own favorite color.

Connie, glad you're staying inside away from the snow.

Judy, too bad you don't have another relative to stay with. The last time I visited my mom and stayed in a motel, my cousin told me I could stay with her. Hadn't thought of her. Now I will call ahead and stay with her.

Carla, hope the roads are clear for your drive. You never know in late fall/winter when you're driving to Chicago.
